The NextGen Entrepreneurs programme is designed to equip students with essential entrepreneurial skills through interactive workshops, personalised mentorship, and international collaborative projects. The initiative promotes innovation, creativity, and sustainable development aligned with the European Green Deal. Participants engage in practical learning experiences that strengthen strategic thinking, teamwork, digital literacy, and business planning while addressing real-world entrepreneurial challenges. Digital competence is reinforced through online learning modules, preparing students for the global innovation ecosystem. Inclusivity is also a central pillar of the programme, actively encouraging participation from underrepresented groups to build a diverse and equitable entrepreneurial environment. Throughout the programme, students work in international teams to develop and refine innovative business ideas.

The experience culminates in a pitch competition inspired by the Dragons’ Den format, where participants present their projects to an international panel. - Programme Objectives The programme is structured around three core pillars: Pedagogical & Educational Excellence Structured learning experiences with strong practical application in real entrepreneurial contexts. Business Strategy & Planning Development of inclusive, scalable, and investor-ready business models capable of competing in international markets. Financial Mastery Understanding financial statements, evaluating investment opportunities, and negotiating effectively with investors and partners.
