    Identify and understand the fundamentals and essential methodological procedures in social sciences and humanities in order to equip the student with a rigorous and scientific conduct in their intellectual work. Acquire the necessary knowledge to a broader vision of social reality. The student should be able to proceed independently, a serious and rigorous scientific research; The student should be able to develop and apply research tools in the context of social issues; The student should be able to develop a critical and analytical spirit.

    In this Curricular Unit, experiential learning methodologies will be used, in which the student has an active role in developing scientific research skills. Thus, throughout the semester we will have to carry out a group research project, in which they will apply the content given to a specific case. At the end of each theoretical content, quizzes will be taken in class to review the material given.
