Office 365

If you are our Student or Teacher you can now enjoy the latest version of Office for PC or MAC, with the latest versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and OneNote.

You can also use cloud space through OneDrive to save photos, videos and documents, access and edit documents on tablets and smartphones for Windows, Android or IOS operating systems. This license can be used on mobile devices. All this without subscriptions, 100% free and unlimited access for our students!

You can now access this new account (a) by clicking here and using the following credentials:

  • password (b): (NIF)

To use any equipment in the IT park (computer in the labs, printing system, Wi-Fi network) on the institution's premises, the credentials to be used are:

Notes:

  1. Automatic for students with first enrollment from the 2024/25 academic year onwards. Students enrolled in previous years must request activation of their account.
  2. When changing a password, it will be reflected in the Microsoft365 account.

App Lusófona Ensino

Version 2.2.5 of the Lusófona Ensino App is aimed at students at the various higher education institutions in the Lusófona Universe.

Version 2.2.5 provides access to the following services:

  • consultation of registrations;
  • assessment calendar;
  • download the weekly timetable in pdf format;
  • consultation of grades by academic year;
  • total ects;
  • partial course average;
  • course completion summary screen;
  • timetable and room for each subject;
  • treasury data (check balance and ATM references for payment);
  • passwords for academic services;contact information by institution;
  • sharing of grades and payment details;
  • news and events;
  • notification of outgoing grades;
  • notifications of exam dates.

To access Lusófona Ensino, students must use the same credentials they use to access the NetPA Academic Portal.
