ApresentaçãoPresentationThe course has the characteristics of an integrative discipline, in which the student should be able to: - Apply the knowledge acquired in research methodologies and other course units; - Construct an autonomous work project, applying the scientific method to define the theme, problem and methodology to be followed to carry out the work. - Carry out scientific research work, publishing the results obtained by writing a dissertation or project report. - In the case of an internship, draw up a report detailing the valuable functions, processes and activities carried out and developed from a perspective that integrates the knowledge and skills acquired during the course.

Research and Preliminary Methodologies. 1.1 Processes, methodologies and practices associated with scientific research in management. 1.2 Construction and validation of the dissertation proposal or applied project 1.2.1 Definition of objectives 1.2.2 Justification and validation of the theme or project to be developed in real context. 1.2.3 Definition of methodology to be adopted, organization of tasks, times and resources to be allocated. 1.2.4 Characterization of the bibliography to use and review of the literature. 2. Seminars / Workshops. 2.1 Holding of seminars given by members outside the institution. 2.2 Holding seminars given by students to make known the status of their projects and the progress of their work. 3. ObjectivosObjectivesSkills to be developed: - Research, analysis and interpretation in terms of research methodology; - Ability to construct an individual, integrative and functional perspective based on the research carried out, the conclusions of which will enable the development of intervention models in organisational contexts; - Develop a conceptual and practical frame of reference in relation to intervention issues in different organisational contexts.

Provas públicas perante um júri nomeado pela Conselho Técnico Científico, composto pelo menos pelo orientador, por um arguente externo e um presidente (este papel pode ser assumido por um dos elementos da instituição).
O júri, baseado na dissertação ou relatório do projeto / estágio, bem como no desempenho demonstrado pelo candidato durante a defesa, atribuirá uma classificação entre 0 a 20 valores.
