We work the main methods and tools of psychological assessment, in conceptual and practical terms. We discuss the ethical issues raised by psychological assessment of individuals and groups.

ObjectivosObjectivesThis course aims to sensitize students to the importance of using psychological tests as tools to support decision making in human resources management. The aim is to develop a dynamic and constructive concept of assessment, differentiating it from the psychological diagnosis, to allow the construction of a framework of intervention in the context of human resources management. It is intended to raise awareness of the diversity of assessment tools, the application procedures and rules of interpretation.
