ObjectivosObjectivesThis course aims to sensitize students to the importance of using psychological tests as tools to support decision making in human resources management. The aim is to develop a dynamic and constructive concept of assessment, differentiating it from the psychological diagnosis, to allow the construction of a framework of intervention in the context of human resources management. It is intended to raise awareness of the diversity of assessment tools, the application procedures and rules of interpretation.
