Apply collaborative tools (Microsoft Teams/Zoom) to optimize communication, resource sharing, and teamwork in virtual environments. Use productivity tools (Canva) to develop digital projects effectively. Apply the acquired tools in individual and group practical projects, aiming to optimize performance and efficiency in daily work.
