Its scope includes the identification of fallacies, the analysis of reasoning, and the construction of solid arguments-essential competences for informed decision-making in academic, professional, and social contexts. Due to its transversal nature, this unit enhances students' adaptability, autonomy, and responsibility, adding value to their technical training in this field.

ObjectivosObjectivesKnowledge: Acquire fundamental concepts related to critical thinking, namely, truth, validity, knowledge, reason, and argument; understand reasoning structures and identify logical fallacies. Skills: Develop the ability to analyze, evaluate, and reconstruct arguments; reflect in a structured, comprehensive, and in-depth manner; consider ideas and concepts critically and with reason. Abilities: Adopt an active and engaged observer; communicate clearly, authentically, and consistently; express and defend one's own points of view; listen to and interpret different perspectives, fostering a deep understanding of the concepts under discussion
