    The course unit “Critical Thinking” aims to develop skills that enable students to reflect, engage in dialogue, and debate critically. It focuses on connecting theoretical concepts to contemporary issues, especially those involving audio and video products. Students will develop the ability to recognize different types of arguments, identify relevant information, and distinguish facts from opinions. They will learn to communicate consistently, express their own viewpoints, and remain open to listening to differing perspectives. This course is essential to meeting the challenges of contemporary society and the modern job market. It also brings together key elements that will support students in their future studies.

    Develop the ability to identify relevant information, distinguishing facts from opinions; Recognize and use concepts such as statements, arguments, and fallacies; Relate the concepts studied to contemporary problems and events; Understand and identify ethical dilemmas; ¿Communicate clearly and cohesively in oral expression. Establish constructive and respectful dialogue.

    A avaliação proposta busca analisar habilidades analíticas e reflexivas no âmbito do Pensamento Crítico por meio da escrita e da apresentação oral de trabalho.
