  Provide students with knowledge about a company's balance sheet and forms of capitalization, especially through equity capital and debt capital.   Provide students with the necessary tools to easily learn about public mechanisms to support companies in starting or developing their business strategies. Practical exercises to assess the knowledge acquired.
