Innovation and Business Transformation

  This course is relevant for the management of innovation or entrepreneurship projects for all types of entrepreneurs or managers, and for business transformation through innovation in an established company. It covers the development of new projects, products, services, and startups, as well as research and study of these projects, including feasibility and validation. The innovation and entrepreneurship process is now scientific and requires methodologies, strategies, and statistics.

  Knowing how to manage the development of an Entrepreneurship, Innovation, or Business Transformation Project, whether for a new business, new product, startup, or an established company, from the Study/Research and Ideation phase to its validation with the potential target audience, or current or future clients. This is an essentially practical discipline. The discipline starts with theory about Innovation, Innovation Management, Entrepreneurship, Business Transformation, methodologies and processes for undertaking or carrying out Innovation, for Business Transformation through Innovation, and for creating a real or academic project.
