    At the end of the course, students should have developed the following skills: Be able to design an investment project and carry out the studies necessary for its implementation, and demonstrate perfect mastery of the methodologies of analysis, evaluation and selection of real investments. Be able to perform bibliographic research and collect relevant information in the field, to support the preparation, analysis, evaluation and selection of investments. Know how to prepare the respective final report, containing the information that adequately portrays the financial dimension of the investment, the aspects related to its technical, economic and financial viability, and the construction and interpretation of the indicators designed with a view to making a reasoned decision.

    Centered on a practical and operational dimension, the teaching methodology will be both expositional and demonstrative. Assessment will be validated through practical exercises based on the simulation of real cases and their interpretation, as well as through the development and analysis of an investment project by the students, which will be integrated into the Final Course Project.
