  The course unit “Techniques of Oral and Written Expression” aims to develop students’ oral and written communication skills in a range of contexts. It places particular emphasis on preparing students for professional and academic settings. Furthermore, the unit is structured to encourage critical and contemporary debate, aligning itself with current challenges posed to communication.

  - Develop oral communicative competence, using techniques of clarity, coherence, and appropriateness to the interlocutor in different academic and professional contexts. - Enhance written expression, producing clear, cohesive, accurate texts that are appropriate to various academic and professional genres. - Apply effective communication strategies, namely the organisation of ideas, synthesis, and the articulation of a position, in contexts of debate, presentation, and textual production. - Adapt communication to the context, selecting strategies appropriate to the audience, purpose, and medium of communication.

  Tendo em conta os módulos propostos, as metodologias inovadoras de ensino utilizadas e as diferentes atividades propostas, a UC "Técnicas de Expressão Oral e Escrita" permitirá aos estudantes adquirir conhecimentos fundamentais para seu desenvolvimento profissional.
  A avaliação proposta busca analisar habilidades analíticas e reflexivas no âmbito da UC por meio da escrita e da apresentação oral de trabalho.
