    Equip students with major analytical processes, essential to build a strategic perspective and dynamics of companies regarding the implementation of an integrated policy of Training in organizations; Assess the importance of education in general and in the specific context of developmental contexts Human Resources Management; Framing the Training Management in organizations; Contribute to the development of skills for their design and implementation; Understand the key differences between Training, Education and Education and build some points of contact between systems; Draw basic plans of Management Training.
