Video Laboratory

Digital Communication
  • ApresentaçãoPresentation
The Video Laboratory UC is part of the Digital Communication Degree programme as a theoretical-practical and practical-laboratory unit, aimed at developing skills in the area of audiovisual production applied to digital contexts. Its scope focuses on the design, planning, production and presentation of audiovisual content, with an emphasis on video as a strategic communication tool. The main areas of video production are covered, namely the pre-production, production and post-production phases, team organisation, the use of technical equipment and the application of audiovisual language. The relevance of this CU in the study cycle results from its contribution to the consolidation of technical, creative and methodological skills, as well as to the development of transversal skills such as teamwork, autonomy and critical thinking, which are fundamental to training in Digital Communication.
