On 28 April, ISLA-Gaia hosted the event “360° Occupational Health and Safety: From Strategy to Action”, bringing together experts, professionals and students to discuss the key challenges facing occupational health and safety.
The session saw strong attendance and active participation, with notable contributions from representatives of leading organisations, who addressed topics such as leadership and organisational responsibility, critical risks within organisations, and best practices in real-world work contexts.
The event provided a forum for sharing knowledge and experiences, reinforcing the importance of an integrated and action-oriented approach to occupational health and safety management.
In addition to moments of reflection, networking between participants and the organisations present was also a highlight, bringing the academic world closer to the business community. This initiative reaffirms ISLA Gaia’s commitment to training and raising awareness of sustainable and effective practices in the field of Occupational Safety and Health.
