Call for Papers Open – Special Issue of Management in Review

"Facilitating entrepreneurial change within organisations through education and training: Managerial implications towards the next wave of intrapreneurs"

The Call for Papers is now open for a special issue of the scientific journal Management in Review, dedicated to the theme “Facilitating entrepreneurial change within organisations through education and training: Managerial implications towards the next wave of intrapreneurs.”

In a context marked by accelerated digital transformation, market volatility, and increasing sustainability demands, intrapreneurship has become a critical factor for organisational innovation, adaptability, and competitiveness. This special issue aims to provide a platform for academic reflection and debate on how education and training can facilitate entrepreneurial change within organisations, preparing managers and employees to take an active role in value creation, strategic renewal, and organisational development.

Researchers, academics, and professionals are invited to submit original and unpublished manuscripts in accordance with the journal’s editorial guidelines. Empirical, analytical, and conceptual contributions that offer relevant insights for management practice and the development of organisational policies oriented towards intrapreneurship are particularly welcome.

Themes and Topics of Interest

Submissions should align with the overall theme of the special issue. Suggested topics include, but are not limited to:

  • Curriculum design and pedagogical innovation in intrapreneurship education;

  • Development and assessment of entrepreneurial competencies in organisational contexts;

  • Experiential, digital, and hybrid pedagogies applied to intrapreneurial training;

  • Organisational culture, leadership, and change management oriented towards intrapreneurship;

  • Evaluation of the impact of education and training on intrapreneurial outcomes;

  • Comparative and cross-sectoral studies on education for intrapreneurship;

  • Conceptual models and frameworks that promote intrapreneurship within organisations;

  • Policy and ecosystem-based approaches associated with entrepreneurial education.
