Professor Manuel Tender, Professor at ISLA Gaia and Digital4OSH and Wellbe4OSH R&D projects Lead Researcher, attended the ARCOM (Association for Research in Construction Management) 2026 conference in the United Kingdom, an event dedicated to key challenges in construction management.
The meeting brought together experts, researchers, and industry professionals from various countries, including Ireland, Sweden, Denmark, Scotland, South Africa, the Netherlands, and Australia. This international diversity enabled sharing of insights regarding varying levels of maturity, approaches, methodologies, and experiences.
The event underscored the importance of innovation, sustainability, and integrated resource management as decisive factors for successful project management as well as to highlight the increasingly notable internationalization of projects developed by ISLA Gaia.
