Marco Lamas, a lecturer at ISLA, is part of an international team that won the Excellence in Teaching Award at the 20th European Conference on Innovation and Entrepreneurship (ECIE 2025) in Krakow, Poland.
The tool, Mindset Behaviour Analysis (MBA) Tool, was developed through a collaboration between Paul Coyle (Entrepreneurial Mindset Network), Isobel Cunningham (Atlantic Technological University, Ireland), Marco Lamas (ISLA Polytechnic Institute of Management and Technology, Portugal), and Teuta Hazizi (University of Elbasan “Aleksandër Xhuvani”, Albania).
