    The Higher Technical Professional Course (CTeSP) in Artificial Intelligence Application Development is designed to equip students with the ability to tackle the current challenges of the digital era. It combines knowledge of artificial intelligence with solid training in the areas of design, planning, development, maintenance, and optimization of software and information systems. This includes integrating algorithms, developing them through programming languages, programming components, databases, software, and metadata, while considering the quality, optimization, efficiency, management, distribution, and versioning of the designed products. The course also covers the production of AI-based artifacts using machine learning techniques.

    • Holders of the 12th grade or legally equivalent qualification;
    • Holders of CETs, holders of CTeSP, or higher education degrees;
    • Applicants over 23 years old who have passed exams specifically designed to assess their capacity to attend higher education.

    Additionally, candidates must have passed one of the following Relevant Areas:

    The Higher Technical Professional Course (CTeSP) in Artificial Intelligence Application Development aims to prepare students to design, develop, maintain, and optimize software and information systems based on artificial intelligence, in order to meet the needs of organizations and the challenges of digital transformation.

    • Interpret, select, and relate requirements for the design of AI-based software and information systems;
    • Manage methodologies and development tools for machine learning-based software;
    • Implement, program, and deploy artificial intelligence systems;
    • Design information system architectures;
    • Plan, develop, and execute artificial intelligence software applications;
    • Prepare technical documentation supporting the development and use of AI software and systems;
    • Control, evaluate, and improve AI-based software and information systems;
    • Plan and perform maintenance, optimization, distribution, and versioning of software and information systems using machine learning;
    • Manage and supervise AI software teams in an integrated manner.
