We pretend to promote the cacapcity to Identify and interpret the relationship between individuals in an organization with regard to the various phenomena of the level of the individual to the group, since the analysis of behavior in terms of personality and stress, conflict management and therefore its resolution through negotiation.

ObjectivosObjectivesThis course aims to give students a theoretical and practical framework to understand the person and the human behaviour in terms of a psychological and social point of view in an organization. It is intended to analyze and interpret the various techniques of approaching human behavior, to promote the ability to understand the different realities and therefore understand the practices leading to improvement of contexts.
