    This course aims to provide students with a holistic view of the relevance of interpreting organizational behaviour, as well as the role of communication in organizations. To this end, students will have access to expository-dialogued and participatory classes with the aim of providing a grounding in the main themes linked to organizational behaviour. Students will have the opportunity to understand how the communication process develops internally and externally. They will also learn about the styles and techniques used to communicate in a work environment, how to communicate effectively in the context of negotiation and leadership, and understand the stages involved in building a communication plan and defining its evaluation. In accordance with the themes being studied, students will be challenged to develop some practical activities to promote the application of the content learned.

    At the end of this course, students should have achieved the following learning objectives: LO1. Understand the theoretical and practical framework for understanding people and human behavior in an organizational context; LO2. Analyze and interpret the main techniques for approaching human behavior in an organizational context; LO3. Understand the different individual and collective realities that influence and improve work contexts; LO4. Understand the theoretical and practical framework relating to organizational communication; LO5. Develop diagnoses and strategies that respond to internal and external problems within the organization; LO6. Develop and apply innovative communication plans and techniques appropriate to organizational needs.

    •Os discentes podem ainda optar por avaliação por teste de avaliação global (TAG), sendo que este tem o peso de 100% da nota.

    Avaliação Final: Os estudantes que não tenham sucesso na avaliação curricular podem realizar exames nas épocas de avaliação definidas pela instituição.
