MetodologiaMethodologyThe group project follows a project-based learning approach: throughout the semester, students develop a data analysis project applied to human resources management, culminating in a final dashboard in Excel and Power BI. Classes use realistic and anonymised HR datasets (e.g. absenteeism, staff turnover, remuneration and training), helping students connect the tools with real-world professional challenges. A flipped classroom approach is used selectively: introductory materials (videos and guides) are made available on Moodle before the class, while face-to-face sessions focus on practical exercises and problem-solving. Students explore the AI features integrated into Excel and Power BI critically, always verifying the results obtained. Continuous formative feedback is also provided on the exercises and on intermediate versions of the group project.
