ApresentaçãoPresentationAll the design work carried out in the 1st semester has the final objective of preparing the implementation of the same in the real world. Thus, this thematic unit consists essentially in the implementation of the individual project, in the context of an organization, under the guidance and coordination of the course director. The implementation of the project focuses on the development of the intervention areas, the definition of expected changes and the definition of mechanisms for evaluating the effectiveness.

ProgramaProgrammeWe develop various activities using different strategies, based on a teaching / learning constructivist process, emphasizing the methodologies based on monitoring and action/reflection/integration. The content is diverse as it is related to the topic that students will develop. The students must submit partial objectives and the timing of the different stages of the work, for self-regulation and monitoring of the development of their work.The monitoring of the work is done in meetings between the supervisor and the student. There are moments of plenary sessions to work some specific aspect of project methodology. All these moments are formally registered.Communication can be done through: personal contact, moodlle, email. The student has available the Project Manual and Regulation.The work is concluding with the preparation of a final report.The project also includes a public presentation.

ObjectivosObjectivesThis course is a corollary integrator of all training given to students who attend the Bachelor of Human Resource Management, assuming as a link between the knowledge they acquire, the organizational reality and the changing trends of the market. Its main purpose is to provide the construction of new knowledge and developing new skills to enable students, through carrying out work in research to understand the process of conducting a Project implementation. Overall, this course aims to develop skills in the use of the methodology of project work within the specific themes addressed, focusing primarily on the project previously planned. Aims to promote skills in development and practical application of theoretical knowledge learned over all units that comprise the degree.

We emphasize the project methodology, with orientation guidance as action/reflection/integration experiences. Assessment method: The assessment of the Development Project in Human Resources is defined in Articles 7, 8, and 9 of the Assessment Regulations of the thematic unit.
