    The Hotel Management course covers the fundamental principles of accommodation management, tourist facilities and technological innovation in the hotel sector. The aim is for students to develop skills in the effective management of tourist enterprises, including an understanding of the dynamics of production, flow management, and sustainability in the hotel context. The component of transforming resources into organisational capacities will also be addressed, as well as the analysis and exploration of the annual budget and management control instruments.

    Provide students with the knowledge and skills to manage tourist accommodation and related facilities efficiently. Innovate in the provision of hotel services and apply sustainable and efficient practices in hotel management. Prepare budgets and define systems to control and monitor the organisation's performance.
