    An attempt is made to analyze and discuss the methodologies of practical performance in organizations in the domain of the most strategic and political HRM and to develop critical thinking in this area.

    1. Introductory approach. Perspectives on the management of people in organizations: historical-conceptual framework in the perspective of the political factor in organizations 1.1. From People Management to People Management (Hard and Soft Skills): feel integrating between orientation for results and for people (parallel with the theme of formal and informal power) 1.2. The different perspectives of the human resources management model (organizational strategy and human resources strategy): Managing with power. 2. The articulation between the development and the strategy and policies of human resources management: Power and management of human resources in the perspective of future challenges 2.1. Human Resources Management and psychological contract 2.2 Human Resources Management, power and organizational justice 3. The power of GRH and the management of conflicts in Portugal (a dissertation as a starting point)

    It is intended with this UC to speculatively present and develop, with practical implications, the main models and techniques of development and HRM from the perspective of power and politics in the organizations
