    This unit focus the importance of information, communication and negotiation in the safety and health at work domain. In general, it is intended that at the end of the semester students are capable of understand: - the role of information, communication and negotiation in work organization; - the information, communication and negotiation needs concerning to health and safety at work; - the methods and techniques of information, communication and negotiation mobilized in the prevention and control of occupational hazards.

  • ObjectivosObjectives
    Specifically, it is intended that at the end of the semester students are capable of: - specify the role of information in the organization of work and the prevention / control of occupational hazards; - characterize the basic principles and techniques used in the design / development of information tools; - specify the dynamic and communicative processes in an organizational context; - identify the principles and rules of effective communication of occupational hazards; - specify information and communication types of tools in the domain of occupational hazards prevention and control; - determine the importance of leadership and participation of the workers in safety; - identify the structural dimensions of an organizational plan of information, communication and negotiation of health and safety at work. - prepare an organizational plan of information, communication and negotiation of health and safety at work.
