    In this course we debate the importance of training in the development of people and organizations making up the framework of the respective legislation and reflecting on the role of HR management in this area. We Analyze the skills profile of the trainer in face of the new intervention contexts, discussing the concept of learning/training throughout life. Based on different teaching methodologies, we begin to define the entire process of training conception and management, from needs assessment to evaluation. It also take place also two moments of pedagogical simulation. This course aims to provide a strategic framework of training, developing skills for their conception and implementation, as well as prepare training agents for the new requirements in this area.

    Skills development for "future trainers (in training)" and the training of the most relevant pedagogical aspects as formative agents constitute core objectives, as well as aspects related to planning and controls inherent to the management of training systems. This course aims to provide a strategic framework of training, developing skills for their conception and implementation, as well as prepare training agents for the new requirements in this area. Thus, it is intended to promote discussion and moments of reflection on the role of Training and trainer on HR skills development, as a strategic factor in organizational dynamics and management.
