Human Resource Management Software PHC Advanced (CS - Client / Server) 3.1.Introduction to the PHC Advanced system and different available applications 3.2. The Personnel module - parameterization, analysis of the main tables, simulation of the main applications. 3.3. The human resources module - parameterization and simulation. 3.4. The training module - parameterization and integration with personnel and human resources. 3.5. Extraction of information from the system (construction of user analysis)

    Students are expected: knowledge of the main concepts of information management and the main types of information systems used by organizations for the administrative management of HR; development and integration of some of the conceptual and technical skills of HR management, integrated in a platform through the root parameterization of an organization system in a business simulation environment.
