    The Information Systems Management curricular unit allows responding to the needs of organizations, seeking to add technical skills to professionals who perform functions with strong contact or strong dependence on information systems, in the sense of their analysis and exploitation within the scope of the management of organizations. It also intends to add skills to professionals in the field of information systems in various areas, such as business management, human resources, tourism, systems and technologies, as well as other areas and services.

Big Data Governance. 7. Power BI. 7.1. Report/Dashboards. 7.2. DAX measurements. 8. Perspectives for the future of Information Systems Management.
  • ObjectivosObjectives
    Information Systems Management is a complex activity and is understood in different ways by organizations. It is important to build a conceptual framework for Information Systems Management that allows us to understand how it is operationalized in organizations. Ensure the development of skills in organizational information systems associated with the ability to design, develop and implement technical processes associated with daily activity in organizations. Formulate Information Systems Management as the meeting of Information Systems Planning with their Development, with Information Systems Planning being studied in detail. The development of applications to support information systems, using Power BI, a Business Intelligence platform that allows the presentation of data through reports and dashboards, as well as the use of DAX measures.
