Introduction to Law

  The unit of Introduction to Law is an introductory unit to matters of a legal nature. Therefore, the curriculum aims to provide students the basic knowledge of the matters of this nature.

  Account shall be taken, in particular, the characterization of the legal system, the indication and definition of the sources of law, the interpretation and application of the law and the definition and characterization of the legal relationship. At the end of the school year, it is intended that the students have acquired basic legal skills, which enable them to identify, qualify and define proposals for solutions in the face of concrete situations. It also aims to provide students the necessary legal basis to other curricular units that integrate the curriculum.
