    The course aims to give students the basic knowledge of the main legal issues under the Labor Law. The program will focus aspects relating to the conclusion of individual labor contracts and the rights and duties that, in general, emerge from parties.

    At the end of the school year, it is intended that the students have acquired basic legal skills, which enable them to identify, qualify and define proposals for solutions in the face of concrete situations.

    Tendo em conta o Regulamento de Avaliação em vigor, a avaliação será efectuada através das seguintes modalidades:

    a) Avaliação Curricular Dois Testes de Avaliação: Provas presenciais de avaliação individual escritas. O acesso ao segundo teste pressupõe a classificação mínima de 7,5 valores no primeiro teste. A aprovação pressupõe a média de 9,5 valores entre os dois testes, nao podendo em nenhum dos mesmos a classificação ser inferior a 7,5 valores.   

    b) Avaliação Final Todos os alunos terão direito a um exame final a realizar numa época de avaliação
