ApresentaçãoPresentationNowadays, leadership is needed of many soft skills that we try to improve in this CU. The purpose of leadership in a century which is in many ways by far too different of all the others, is to create new kinds and steps of human development. In the among of the soft skills the leader needs, there is one that is the operating tool in the day-to-day life of a leader: Negotiation. We are preparing in this CU, students to apply good practices of negotiation into leadership, and that will probably make the hole difference in their business lives.

ProgramaProgrammeWhat is leadership: Classical theories; Situational theories; Contemporary theories; VIP Leadership for the 21st Century; Characteristics of the various theories and suitability to different styles, situations, objectives and environmental frameworks; Self-knowledge and self-characterization in terms of leadership; Objecting to a leadership profile and way to achieve it on a day-to-day basis; The notion of causality in leadership and its impact on a negotiation process; Negotiation as a form of conflict resolution; Principles of negotiation and scheduling; Trading as a tool for achieving desired results.

ObjectivosObjectivesIdentify the possible differences and uses for classical and contemporary theories; Perceive and apply different leadership styles and profiles depending on the objectives and the teams or individuals concerned; Implement individual leadership plan focused on different objectives and that potentiate the leader as an aggregator element; Make appropriate use of the different trading strategies according to the objective and situational framework.
