MetodologiaMethodologyThe teaching methodology is expository with the presentation of cases and videos in relation to the concepts and theoretical approaches. Students are encouraged to comment and give their opinions. In practice, students are challenged to define a leadership development plan according to the methodology presented. In the last class, the students make a presentation and it will be discussed by everyone.
