    Students are expected to be able to identify courses of action and evaluate strategic options in solving concrete problems critically and analytically. Knowledge: . Obtaining a comprehensive introduction to operations management. . Distinguishing and understanding the concepts of the various areas of Operations Management and their practical application, formulate a problem, the variables and method of resolution. . Acquisition of concepts, models and techniques of operations management that allow understanding and participation in the processes of improving the operation of industrial and service companies. Abilities: . Investigate autonomously to decide the most appropriate methods to respond to operations management problems. . Master the techniques, tools and techniques to support the design, planning, management and improvement of operations. Skills: . Skills to correctly apply the techniques and concepts of the various resolution methods.
