    This course provides students with an overview of the central role of communication in organizations. Students will have the opportunity to understand how the communication process develops internally and externally and the impact of communication on strategic human resource management. In addition, they will learn the styles and techniques by which they can communicate in a working environment, how they can communicate effectively in the context of negotiation and leadership, and understand the phases of building an internal information plan for human resource management.

    The Organizational Communication curricular unit aims to prepare the future technical staff of Human Resources Administrative Management, be they professionals directly responsible for the global management of these departments, or technicians in specific HR services, so that they get the theoretical and practical knowledge of what it is and how to develop their HR activities within companies. To do so, it is important to know the various communication mechanisms, their theoretical foundations, their techniques, and their application, both within organizations and for external purposes. It will be from this knowledge that the students will evolve to the management of communication tools, so that they can intervene with assertiveness, namely in the formation and creation of a business culture turned to value creation.
