MetodologiaMethodologyThe People Management in Organisations (PMO) course adopts innovative methodologies that promote active and participatory learning. The use of case studies allows theoretical concepts to be applied to real situations, developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills. The presence of guest lecturers in HR classes allows students to get to know the realities of Human Resources Management (HRM), providing a practical view of companies' strategies and challenges. At the same time, practical group exercises throughout the course of the lessons encourage experimentation with organisational scenarios, developing interpersonal skills, critical thinking and decision-making capacity. These methodologies encourage active participation, making learning more dynamic and in line with the demands of the labour market.
