It acts as support to the organizational strategy, helping to build competitive advantages through people and corporate reputation, focusing on business expansion. In this way, the human capital of organizations must be framed in the development of strategic human resource planning, according to the organizational objectives, allied to the needs and expectations of each stakeholder. Thus, the content line of human resources management establishes guidelines, orientations and strategies fundamental to its practice, integrated with the other areas of a company. This set of consolidated information will serve as a reference and guide for the mastery of techniques, appearing as one of the main learning objectives inherent to this program.

    The program designed for this discipline aims to obtain the following result in terms of competencies: Professional knowledge - understanding, defining and evaluating the principles and procedures of the human resources function; Organization - ability to program, coordinate and control, depending on existing resources the execution of complex work related to pre-defined objectives; Planning - defining objectives, determining appropriate actions and respective resources and timing; Coordination - establishing modes of action in time and space for your team of employees and for each one individually, providing the necessary resources for this and Direction - promoting the performance of the employees in your charge.
