ObjectivosObjectivesThe curricular unit aims to provide students with knowledge, skills and competencies to understand and address the challenges of ageing in the workplace context. Knowledge to be developed: Demographic trends and public policies on active ageing; Physical, cognitive and organizational impacts of ageing at work; Concepts of ageism and age diversity in organizations. Skills and competencies: Identify risks and promote health and well-being strategies at work; Develop intergenerational inclusion practices and fight ageism; Design sustainable and replicable intervention projects and proposals; Critically reflect on age management and professional ageing.
