Project Methodology in Human Resources

  The UC works in a logic of project work, thus assuming itself as a link between theoretical knowledge and practical applicability in organizational realities. Its main objective is to provide the construction of new knowledge and the development of new skills that allow students, through the realization of work in the area of investigation, to understand the process of carrying out an Application Project. In general, this curricular unit aims to develop skills in the use of the project work methodology, within the scope of the specificity of the themes addressed, focused primarily on the execution of the previously planned project. It aims at development skills and practical application of the theoretical knowledge learned throughout all the curricular units that make up the course.
• ProgramaProgramme

  For the definition of the project, the students are responsible for defining a work plan that includes: identification of the organization in which the project will be developed, characterization of the theme to be addressed, definition of objectives and work methodology. It is intended to clarify the scope of the project and its specific theme, specified in a set of planning and research tasks, from the clear definition of the intervention area to the bibliographic review of the themes / issues identified. The content is diverse since it is related to the theme that the student will develop. The work is monitored in classroom and in meetings between teacher and student. There are moments of plenary sessions to work on some specific aspect of the project methodology. The work concludes with the preparation of a final report.
• ObjectivosObjectives

  All the design work carried out has the final objective of preparing the implementation of the same in the real world. Thus, this thematic unit consists essentially in the implementation of the individual project, in the context of an organization, under the guidance and coordination of the course director. The implementation of the project focuses on the development of the intervention areas, the definition of expected changes and the definition of mechanisms for evaluating the effectiveness.
