    The program designed for this discipline aims to achieve the following result in terms of objectives and skills to be developed: Provide the future manager with basic knowledge for the preparation of the Welcoming and Socialization of new members. Promote awareness of the use of guidance programs. Expand the participant's vision, demonstrating the importance of welcoming programs, in line with the organization's strategy. Know the area of reception, integration and socialization in the management of human resources. Position the human resources function in the organization.
