The Objectives of the curricular unit are: Conceptualize the process of recruitment as a system of communication and dissemination of job opportunities, while seeking to attract candidates to the selection process. Conceptualize the selection process as a sensible choice that articulates the organizational needs with those of candidate.  At the end of the curricular unit students should be able to apply a set of techniques for recruitment and selection, framed in the development of organizational strategy.

    Given the objectives and competencies that are intended for students of UC, the theoretical taught is complemented and reinforced with a practical component, through the presentation of practical examples, complemented by the presentation of case studies, demonstrations and simulated practice.Theoretical classes of matter (expository and interrogative) and presentations and discussions by students (an active and participatory) Case study. Combination of several methods, such as theory test, practical exercises and final work.
