    The subject of ‘Leadership and Team Management’ is fundamental to the development of effective leaders in today's business context. The aim is to empower participants with concepts, tools and practices that promote inspiring, effective leadership and team development.

    Module 1: Concept of leadership, differences between leader and manager, importance in business management and leadership styles. Module 2: Developing leadership skills, including self-awareness, emotional intelligence and effective communication. Module 3: Valuing people in organisations, group identity, proximity leadership and ‘The giving back’. Module 4: Innovative leadership, empowering teams, developing new leaders and good delegation practices. Module 5: Promoting happiness in organisations, impact on the work environment and strategies for a positive organisational culture. Module 6: Conflict management and decision-making, types of conflict and effective methods of resolution. Module 7: Evaluation and continuous improvement, performance evaluation systems (360° feedback, KPIs, OKRs) and the importance of continuous training.

    The subject aims to understand leadership, differentiating between leader and manager, exploring styles and developing emotional intelligence and effective communication. It seeks to foster a people-centred culture, promoting group identity and humanised leadership. It encourages innovation, empowerment and effective delegation. Emphasises happiness at work as an essential factor for productivity. Develops decision-making and conflict management skills, applying effective strategies. Promotes continuous evaluation and learning with tools such as 360° Feedback, KPIs and OKRs for organisational growth.

    This course uses innovative methodologies to ensure dynamic learning applied to business reality. These include case-based learning, where real leadership and team management situations are analysed, the participation of guests from the field to enrich the UC, gamification, encouraging active and competitive student involvement and collaborative learning, promoting debates, group dynamics and the exchange of experiences. In addition, interactive digital tools and agile methodologies are used to strengthen the practical application of the content.
