  • ObjectivosObjectives
    Identify the main sources of law relevant to tourism and the sector's institutional architecture (national and EU). Interpret and apply essential legal regimes (RJET, RJAL, RJAT and the legal regime for travel and tourism agencies), with attention to operational obligations and compliance. Solve practical cases with legal reasoning, including licensing/registrations, operator duties, tourist/consumer protection, complaints and liability. Critically analyse legislative changes and their impact on companies, destinations and local policies. Produce practical management tools (checklists, procedural flowcharts and compliance guides). Communicate legal solutions and recommendations clearly, accurately and ethically.

  • MetodologiaMethodology
    Theory-practical classes with guided reading of legal instruments and consolidation of key concepts. Problem-based learning (PBL): three integrative cases (local accommodation; tourism animation; passenger rights). Compliance clinic: group production of a compliance checklist and a procedural workflow. Guided debate on current topics (tourist taxes, digital platforms, enforcement) using official sources. Short 'living legislation' briefings on legal changes and their operational implications.
