Objectives

The degree in Multimedia aims to train in topics that integrate cultural, social and technological aspects related to thecreation and application of multimedia content.

Thus, the main objective is to provide students with the appropriate resources to understand and dominate thelanguage of the media, as well the development of narrative skills, imagination and creativity. This way, this study programme consists of preparing professionals for the labor market, who independently or as partof a team, design, plan and develop information and communication solutions using multimedia technologies in theform of innovative, integrated and interactive multimedia products, user-centric, for fixed media, mobile devices andthe web.

 

Professional exits

In addition to the general skills, the ability to work in group, critical space, creativity and leadership, the Degree in Multimedia Systems seeks to develop skills to perform functions such as:

  • Database design and administration
  • Design and development of applications (desktop, web and mobile);
  • Development of Multimedia projects;
  • Installation and administration of open-source web systems (LMS, CMS, e-commerce, etc.);
  • 3D modelling and animation;
  • Institutional multimedia production;
  • Audiovisual production;
  • Animation production;
  • Web Design and web systems development.
