  • MetodologiaMethodology
The curricular unit adopts innovative, student-centered methodologies that promote active, autonomous, and contextualized learning. Problem- and project-based learning approaches are used to stimulate critical thinking, decision-making, and the transfer of knowledge to real-world sports contexts. The Teaching Games for Understanding model is implemented in sports modalities, prioritizing tactical awareness before technical execution. A flipped classroom approach enhances in-class time for practical application of content. Digital technologies are integrated to support performance monitoring and immediate feedback. Additionally, pedagogical differentiation and continuous formative assessment are applied, ensuring adaptation to students' individual characteristics and promoting the progressive improvement of learning outcomes.
