Environment
The environmental dimension reflects ISLA's commitment to reducing its ecological impact and promoting sustainable practices within the institution. Through responsible management of water, energy, and waste, and by encouraging sustainable mobility and biodiversity preservation, we seek to create an academic community that is conscious and active in protecting the planet.
Inspired by the Eco Schools principles and aligned with the 2030 Agenda, ISLA seeks to integrate sustainability into its daily institutional life, promoting awareness-raising actions, continuous improvement, and participation by the entire community.
The goal is simple: to build a healthier, more efficient environment that is prepared for future challenges.

Energy Waste
ISLA Gaia promotes behavior that reduces energy waste, raising awareness among the academic community about small gestures in our daily lives.
One of these is to signpost the need to turn off all equipment in classrooms—projectors, screens, lights, computers, and air conditioning—whenever they are not in use. This simple habit avoids unnecessary consumption, prolongs the life of the equipment, and reinforces the entire community's commitment to energy efficiency and environmental protection.
