The social area is therefore an essential pillar of our commitment to the well-being, equity and human development of our students. Through initiatives, services and partnerships, we seek to create an environment where each student is valued, supported and empowered to face personal, academic and social challenges.

Student Social Support

We know that each academic path has its own particularities. That is why ISLA Gaia provides social support whenever necessary, ensuring that no student is left behind due to economic, family or personal difficulties.

The support provided includes:

  • José Neves Foundation Scholarships
  • Scholarships for Students from CPLP Countries
  • Tuition fee reduction protocols

Solidarity Projects and Initiatives

Throughout the year, we promote various volunteer initiatives and solidarity actions that encourage the active participation of the academic community, such as:

  • Campaigns to collect essential goods
  • Local volunteer projects
  • Awareness-raising actions for social causes
  • Partnerships with institutions in the surrounding community

These initiatives allow students to develop fundamental human and social skills, while contributing to a positive impact on society.
