- Holders of a foreign academic degree awarded following a first-cycle program organized according to the principles of the Bologna process by a state adhering to that process;
- Holders of a foreign higher academic degree recognized as meeting the objectives of a Bachelor's degree by the statutorily competent body;
- Holders of a curriculum, whether academic, scientific, or professional, recognized by the statutorily competent body of ISLA as demonstrating the capacity to undertake this study cycle.
