The Multimedia Product Development course aims to qualify senior professional technicians who, autonomously or as part of a team, design, plan and develop information and communication solutions using multimedia technologies in the form of integrated and interactive multimedia products for fixed media, mobile devices and the web.

- Holders of the 12th grade or legally equivalent qualification;
- Holders of CETs, holders of CTeSP or higher education degree;
- Over 23 years of age - those who have passed the tests especially suitable to assess the ability to attend higher education.

ObjectivosObjectives
The objectives of the TeSP course in Multimedia Product Development are:
- Record and edit still and moving images;
- Capture, edit and process sound;
- Digitize image and sound files;
- Operate image and sound recording equipment indoors and outdoors;
- Operating continuous and discontinuous lighting equipment indoors and outdoors;
- Pre-produce, produce and post-produce audiovisual content for various media;
- Apply interface design optimization strategies in the construction of multimedia media;
- Create and edit texts, graphics and bitmap and vector images using specific computer programs;
- Compose page architecture using page layout software;
- Model and animate 2D and 3D objects for audiovisuals and multimedia applications;
- Programming multimedia applications using standard tools and technologies;
- Designing and/or realizing events with light, image and sound;

- Coordinate the technical design and planning of multimedia product and system projects;
- Coordinating multimedia production processes, ensuring quality standards;
- Create graphic images for graphic design projects;
- Designing scripts and storyboards for audiovisual and multimedia products;
- Design and produce audio and video visual effects;
- Planning, designing and developing websites - client and server side;
- Model and animate 3D objects;
- Design, produce and develop 2D and 3D multimedia animation projects;
- Design panoramas and virtual tours;
- Apply marketing and communication strategies;
- Designing databases;
- Develop integrated and interactive multimedia applications / products for fixed media, mobile devices, web and eLearning;
- Designing applications for mobile devices;
- Designing and producing interfaces for e-learning systems, e-commerce, corporate portals, games, intranets and extranets.

The completion of the CTeSP in Multimedia Product Development allows graduates to pursue studies at the undergraduate level in any national or international higher education institution.
But, specifically at the level of ISLA, graduates have direct and privileged access to the Bachelor's Degree courses in Multimedia, Digital Communication, Computer Engineering and Informatics for Electronic Commerce, benefiting from a specific financial discount plan and an equivalence plan

ObservaçõesObservations
The training system of the Professional Higher Technical Courses must foster and promote flexibility, self-determination and responsibility on the part of the students in accordance with the Bologna Declaration. The curriculum structure lasts 4 semesters with a total of 120 ECTS. Each ECTS is equivalent to 25 total hours of student work, per semester and per curricular unit (UC). The dominant scientific area of the study cycle is 213 Audiovisuals and Media Production. The basic training components included will provide students with the technical and scientific knowledge they need to continue their studies.
